June is approaching, nothing says summer like fragrant, juicy peaches. Their sweet, tangy taste also makes the ideal base for a variety of summer smoothies. Frozen Peach and Ginger Smoothie
It’s best to use ripe peaches, ripe peaches actually freeze better.
3 ripe peaches, cut in dices then frozen
1 cup plain almond milk (coconut milk alternative )
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon peeled and grated ginger
2 teaspoons raw honey, or more for taste (natural way)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Break up the frozen peaches and add them to the blender along with almond milk, vanilla, ginger and honey. Blend until smooth, stopping to stir mixture if it’s too thick to blend.
